Which is why a new floating shelter that avoids the whole “Where should we pitch the tent?” question altogether is a piece of camping gear we can get behind.
With a waterproof exterior, lightweight frame and enough space for three, the Levitat Tree Tent can be hitched up between a trio of trees to provide campers with a sleeping area cleverly suspended several feet above the ground.
Spending a night in a Levitat ensures occupants will remain dry, bug-free and probably a little less sore in the morning. The portable pop-up pad is small enough to fit into a backpack, strong enough to hold up to 880 pounds and even doubles as a yoga mat, if you’re into that sort of thing.
