These Prefab Hotel Rooms Can Be Setup Wherever the Ground Is Flat

Instant hotel suites? That’s the promise of the Drop Box, a modular and transportable living unit by Spain’s In-Tenta Design, which seems to have mastered the art of the nature-friendly microhotel.

Designed to integrate seamlessly into any hospitable environment — thanks in part to large glass walls — these wooden structures are available in two sizes (fitting two adults or a family of four). Each features one or two rooms, a separate bathroom with a panoramic shower and an outdoor terrace.

Built in a Barcelona workshop and transported to wherever you want to go, the price of these units are available on request. They’re primarily designed to be temporary installations to existing properties or hotels.
