Australian Bubble Glampin’ Needs Your Attention, Stat

Must like stars, king-size beds and exhibitionism

So your routine is approaching “rut” territory. You need a fix.

Sometimes the best way to pop the daily bubble … is to step into another one?

The pop-up glamping blokes at Bubbletent Australia think so, and are now offering an opportunity to stay and sleep in a clear, inflatable tent amidst epic environs about a two-hour drive from Sydney.

Overlooking Capertree Valley — the second-largest canyon in the world  (go Grand Canyon!) — the space looks somewhat like Four Seasons collabed with a hamster ball, offering handsome, if spartan comforts, an eco-friendly bathroom and a deck with outdoor living staples.

The real moneymaker, though, in addition to the stunning surrounds — Capertree is home to 242 species of birds, while the site is a short distance from national parks and wineries — seems to be the bubble’s inlet to the heavens. Stars will be aplenty. They even threw in a telescope, so make sure you know your way around one to impress your campmates.
