The much-anticipated Jeep Gladiator, the brand’s first pickup in 26 years, is weeks away from arriving at a dealer near you. But there are more exciting vehicles already in stock: heavily-discounted Wranglers.

At dealerships across the country, prices on 2018 fourth-generation Jeep Wrangler models are being slashed by as much as $8,000 due to overstocking, according to Carscoops.

The reason for the widespread overabundance isn’t clear, but like the once-in-a-lifetime deals on Corvettes last month, it may have to do with buyers waiting for a new release. There, it was the eighth-generation Corvette. Here, it could be the Gladiator truck.

One of the best deals is in Huntington Beach, California where a dealer is offering multiple discounts above $8K. But Carscoops found similar steals across the U.S., including $7,334 off at Lindsay Automotive Group in Virginia, $6,164 off at Patterson Dodge Chrysler Jeep in Texas, and over $5K off at Zeigler Auto Group in Chicago and Shottenkirk Chrysler in Georgia.

If none of those are in your vicinity, browse the Jeep dealers near you. You may just find yourself in a brand-spankin’-new Wrangler with some cash leftover for off-roading upgrades. Hello, summer.
