The head of Big Baller Brand’s big mouth has gotten him in trouble with ESPN.

During an appearance on First Take, LaVar Ball was talking with female host Molly Qerim when she asked him if they could “switch gears.”

Ball’s response? “You can switch gears with me anytime.”

Qerim handled it like a pro and told Ball to “stay focused.”

After social media got ahold of the clip and began calling out Ball for the lewd comment, ESPN condemned the remark.

“LaVar Ball’s comment to Molly Qerim Rose was completely inappropriate and we made him aware of that,” the Worldwide Leader told Larry Brown Sports.

Via TMZ, Ball’s representative Denise White claimed her client’s quip to Qerim was not “intended or meant to be sexual in nature.”

That’s somewhat hard to believe as Ball previously made sexist on-air comments to FS1’s Kristine Leahy.

In other Ball-related news, his 17-year-old son LaMelo announced he will be joining the Illawarra Hawks of the Australian National Basketball League on a two-year deal.

The move all but ensures he won’t be playing any NCAA basketball before attempting to become a first-round NBA draft pick like his brother Lonzo, who will soon be traded to the New Orleans Pelicans.
