What are the chances a robot will take your job in the future? One new website makes an attempt at helping people find out.
Developed and designed by Mubashar Iqbal and Dimitar Raykov, WillRobotsTakeMyJob.com uses data extracted from the Bureau of Labor Statistics and a 2013 report by Carl Benedikt Frey and Michael A. Osborne that examines how susceptible jobs in the future are to computerization and automation.
“According to their estimates, about 47 percent of total US employment is at risk,” the site reads. “Although the report is specific to the US job market, it is easy to see how this might apply all over the world.”
