Netflix sure had a surprise hit with Making a Murderer.
And before they give the world a second season (dropping later this year), Netflix is giving true crime fans a little something to tide them over: a docuseries that follows the 1969 disappearance and murder of Sister Cathy Cesnik.
Over seven episodes, The Keeper — releasing May 19th — will examine the shady circumstances around the Baltimore nun going missing and subsequently being found murdered in a dumpster two months later. You’ll wanna take a peek at the preview above. As the trailer reveals: “The story is not the nun’s killing. The story is the cover-up.”
Lord have mercy.
