After a 2018 full of scandals and setbacks, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg made a New Year’s resolution to start a public conversation that would address the big questions about technology and social media’s role in society.
This week, he made good on that promise in the form of a new podcast.

It’s called Tech & Society with Mark Zuckerberg, The Verge reported, and in the first episode, published Wednesday, Zuck spoke with Axel Springer CEO Mathias Döpfner about the impact of social media on journalism.
Another episode of the podcast currently available is a February talk between Zuckerberg and Harvard Law professor Jonathan Zittrain, who has conducted extensive research on technology policy and how to regulate companies like Facebook.
Although a schedule of episodes has not yet been released, the podcast is currently streaming only on Spotify.
