The best things in life take time.

Family. Fortune. Finger-licking smoked meats.

And we can help with at least one of those.

This fall, we’re co-hosting our inaugural tasting event at NYCWFF: Pigs and Pints — and you’re invited.

A team of NYC chefs hosted by Food Network star Robert Irvine will be dishing up pork-centric dishes from all over the world, from pork tacos to bacon sweets to a pig roast.

Now in its 10th year, the NYCWFF will bring 80 food happenings to New York from October 12-15 (check out the full roster here), with 100% of the proceeds supporting the Food Bank For New York City and No Kid Hungry.

That means, for once, you get to feel good about eating bacon. It’s basically your civic duty.

Tickets for the affair are on sale now.

As is usually the case, fortune favors the prepared.
