Huckberry just re-released and restocked their best-selling pant for three years running, The Flint and Tinder 365 Pant. This is great news, because it’s one of the most comfortable and versatile pairs of pants I’ve personally laid hands on (stuck legs in?).
How I wouldn’t describe them: stretchy or thin, as is often the case with these “performance” or “commute-friendly” pants that feel more like yoga pants than a pair of khakis. Huckberry claims they are “cut like a jean, feel like a chino, [and] stretch like a performance pant,” and I think that’s pretty damn accurate.
The 365 comes in a wide variety of colors and is currently stocked in a huge range of sizes. We highly recommend them as a staple in your traveling arsenal: you can fly in them without looking like a schlub, but be just as comfortable as if you were wearing sweats. And since they have a slim, modern fit, you can also pair them with a blazer for slightly more formal settings.
They’re available in slim or straight cut — the slim’s not too skinny, the straight’s not too wide. We suggest getting one of each and deciding for yourself which you like better.
