As the name suggests, what we’ve got here is two versions each of your classic Desert Boot and Wallabee, but packed with a warm, furry, welcoming shearling lining. It’s the ultimate winterized Clarks collab we never even knew we wanted, and we expect them to sell out as quickly as Nintendo Switches last Christmas, so hop to it.
If you’ve got a second to hear a little more, you may find the exterior choice a bit curious. If this is “winterized,” why did Todd Snyder opt for a suede exterior instead of something with a little more heft? Well this isn’t just any suede, but a textured “hairy” suede that brings a bit of the bulk-up-for-winter aesthetic from the inside to the outside.
