Rumpl x Dakine: Desert Sage
Rumpl, the outdoor brand that specializes in durable, wildly warm puffer blankets perfect for chilly camping trips, has teamed up with American outdoor clothing company Dakine to make those trips a helluva lot easier with the Rumpl x Dakine collection. The collab includes, of course, Rumpl’s best-selling NanoLoft Puffy Blanket in a soft Desert Sage colorway, along with a handy travel towel set, a matching blanket for your chilly beer can and a packable, ultra-comfy pillowcase.

Nixon Heat Watch
If anyone needs a sport watch capable of taking a true beating, it’s pro surfer and member of Team USA’s first Olympic surf team John John Florence — this is a guy who regularly finds himself staring down the (literal) barrel of the world’s heaviest waves, after all. His new collaboration with Nixon is dubbed The Heat, a super lightweight watch built with a low profile, incredibly durable stainless-steel case and injection-molded rubber strap crafted to withstand the harshest elemental treatment. Fitbit Luxe
While Fitbit has always offered a user-friendly fitness tracking experience, it’s never been, shall we say, the cherry on top of a well thought out fit. The new Luxe model is attempting to change that with a sleek redesign. The touchscreen is the thinnest they’ve offered on a tracker, but it still performs well with a five-day battery and water resistance enough for laps in the pool. These are currently on pre-order and will ship out in late May.

Rowing Blazers x John’s of Bleecker Street
Celebrate and honor an iconic New York City establishment with Rowing Blazers’ latest collaboration with John’s of Bleecker Street. For the collaboration, Rowing Blazers worked with John’s to recreate some of the pizzeria’s vintage merchandise using their original logo. The result is an old-school inspired collection of T-shirts, hats, sweatshirts and even a rugby, all as classic as the establishment they’re paying homage to. Just don’t be surprised if the collab leaves you craving a slice of ‘za.
Voormi Men’s Access Nxt Pullover
Pullovers are ubiquitous but the Access NXT has been my go-to for the past few months. Colorado-based Voormi specializes in merino wool apparel and designs, and crafts all of their products in their Pagosa Springs headquarters. The Access NXT is stitched from their lightest and most breathable wool blend, making it perfect for shoulder season runs when you need an extra layer that won’t make you soggy two miles in. Pillow Cube Pillow Cubs
Our creative director is always going on about the side-sleeper miracle that is the Pillow Cube and how it has changed his sleep experience permanently and for the better. Now Pillow Cube is running a (fully funded) Kickstarter for Pillow Cubs, a charming collection of pillow/stuffed animal hybrids for kids — this video explains it pretty deftly, but essentially the Pillow Cub is two supportive Pillow Cube pillows designed for kids, housed in a machine-washable plush cover that turns them into a whimsical chomping bear/unicorn/shark/etc. Good for their sleep, good for their imagination. Win-win.
Brioni Brad Pitt Capsule Collection
Brad Pitt has been an ambassador for Italian menswear house Brioni for a few years, but the new BP Signature capsule collection is the first time he’s had a hand in creating the clothes. According to the brand, “Pitt’s personal style combined with Brioni’s unparalleled craftsmanship drove the artistic idea of [the collection].” The seven pieces range from a cashmere polo sweater to a velvet evening jacket with accompanying pants and shirt. Let’s hope we all have the excuse to wear a velvet evening jacket this year.
Nike Cosmic Unity “Raw”
Billed by the folks in Beaverton as “trash that helps keep you fresh,” the new Cosmic Unity is a basketball shoe (though we’ll be wearing it more for, you know, life in general) that’s part of Nike’s “Move to Zero” program (a track toward zero carbon emissions and zero waste). Made from at least 25% existing plastics, yarns and textiles recycled from post-consumer or post-manufactured waste, they’re a step in the right direction not only from a style standpoint, but an environmental standpoint as well.
Entireworld Organic Cotton Poplin Chore Jacket
One can never own too many chore jackets, so make sure the next addition to your collection is this Organic Cotton Poplin option from Entireworld. The jacket is light and soft yet slightly structured thanks to the cotton poplin, making it ideal for the rest of spring and those chilly summer nights. Brooks Brothers has just launched The Vintage Shop, an online destination housing some of the brand’s most unique and sought-after heritage pieces, all of which are up for grabs. Within the shop you’ll find pieces dating back more than 90 years (including a collapsible silk opera hat from the 1930s which has unfortunately already sold out) in addition to styles the brand has helped to popularize since its founding some 200 years ago, from deadstock madras sports coats dating back to the ’60s and ’70s to OG tennis sweaters from the 1980s and tartan shorts featuring a retro golfing print.
Hodinkee Amagoh Vegan Pineapple Leather Watch Straps
Whenever someone comes up with a new watch strap design, our first question is inevitably does this need to exist? Most people, it seems, would be better off with the one that came with the watch. Hodinkee just came out with the exception. The watch outlet of note rolled out a new line of vegan straps made not from some plastic concoction, but from the fibers of pineapple leaves. This summer, we’ll be rocking the “Death Valley” colorway.
CDLP Swim Shorts
Yeah, you’ve heard it’s short shorts szn, and apparently so has Swedish design house CDLP who just released its Swimwear Summer 2021 collection full of thigh-baring short swim shorts. The collection includes a “lustrous” short leg Swim Short in a regenerated nylon fiber (made from salvaged plastic waste from oceans and landfills) that’s available in four sexy, summery colors. Champagne Billecart-Salmon Cuvée Elisabeth Salmon 2008
A tribute to Elisabeth Salmon, one of the House’s founders, this rosé champagne spent twelve years in the cellars. For the first time ever, the cuvée features an integration of wines vinified in oak casks, and there’s a noticeable minerality here. Bonus: It’ll be available in a magnum size, too.
