FBI Arrests Four NCAA Assistant Basketball Coaches for Fraud

The investigation began in 2015.

The FBI has arrested 10 college basketball officials — four of whom are NCCAA coaches — in connection with a fraud and corruption scheme, according to USA TODAY Sports.

The outlet cited an FBI complains that identified the NCAA coaches as Auburn assistant Chuck Person, Southern California assistant Tony Bland, Arizona assistant Emanuel Richardson and Oklahoma State assistant Lamont Evans.

The federal investigation identified bribes were paid on numerous occasions to coaches in exchange for influence over student-athletes.
