You’re dining on: New American dishes from executive chef and Roger’s Park resident Patrick Russ. The comfortable-meet-formal dining room is the second opening this month from former Grace owner, Michael Olszewski (the first is Yūgen). You’ll enjoy large and small dishes including royal trumpet mushroom tortelli with manchego, hazelnuts and a black truffle streusel, and halibut cioppino with Manila clams, gulf shrimp, saffron, Spanish chorizo and grilled sourdough.
