Jimmy Kimmel to File Federal Complaint Against Trumps for Making Products Overseas

“His company isn’t even supporting America.”

Comedian Jimmy Kimmel ordered a box of Trump merchandise from the family’s online website to find out where exactly it’s made — most of it in China — but is now filing an official complaint with the federal government after two of the items were missing a country of origin, which is illegal in the United States.

Citing U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Kimmel noted that a fine of up to $500,000 per infraction can be issued, and the late-night comedian is filing an official complaint.

“Trump’s whole platform is about supporting American companies,” Kimmel said. “His company isn’t even supporting America.” Take a look at the clip below.
