
A partnership between Microsoft and ING has spawned an oddly satisfying product—that may give art forgers a run for their money. Microsoft designed software that literally got inside of the painter’s head, producing an actual painting—via technological means and various data sets—that mimics Dutch master Rembrandt’s style down to the primitive pixel.
