Comedian Seth Meyers spent a large segment of his late-night show on Tuesday taking a look at how the president, who has vowed to fight the opioid epidemic, is handling the crisis.

“America has about four percent of the world’s population but about 27 percent of the world’s drug overdose deaths,” Meyers said. “For now, opioid addiction is one of those uniquely American problems, like type 2 diabetes and adults wearing shirts with Disney characters on them.”

He also pointed out that even political commentators on Fox News aren’t happy with how the president is tackling the issue.

“And that’s what Trump watches to feel good about himself,” Meyers quipped. “That’s like if a kid tuned into “Mr. Rogers” and Mr. Rogers said, ‘News flash, snot nose, I don’t wanna be your neighbor.’”
