Having just undergone a three-year renovation, 1945 Franklin is ready for another owner to add a new chapter to its bizarre history.
In addition to self-help guru Werner Erhard and Cage owning the house in the ‘70s and ‘90s respectively, in 1981 Stephen Hawking gave his famous black hole presentation in the attic, which today is the bedroom below.
