Marfa, Marfa, Marfa!

It’s hard to focus these days, no?

Browser tabs, text messages, Facebook, Twitter. We’re all multitasking our lives away, 140 characters at a time.

All of us except the gents at Collective Quarterly, a just-dropped travel magazine that focuses on one single topic at a time, shipping now.

Led by a tally-ho group hailing from Chicago to West Virginia, CQ explores a single destination per issue and gathers artists and craftspeople to collaborate and document the adventure.

Their debut obsession: Marfa, that improbable art oasis in the middle of the Texas desert.

The magazine itself: thick. Matte. Coffee-table worthy.

Think gorgeous photography from Big Bend National Park to an 18-acre vintage trailer and teepee lodge site.

Plus: musings from Faribault Woolen Mills and Drift Eyewear, who each created exclusive gear inspired by the sojourn.

The Collective is always on the run, and you can follow along here.

Because if you can’t get out there, at least you can vicariously.
