When it comes to electric motorcycles, only one model can claim the World Record for greatest distance traveled.

And that title belongs to the Italian Volt Lacama, a bike designed by duo Nicola Colombo and Valerio Fumagalli, who went 7,691 miles from Shanghai to Milan using 100% electric energy. (Fun fact: they collaborated with Adriano Stellino, who has worked for the likes of Lamborghini and Bertone, for the design.)

But even more notable than the Lacama’s longevity is its pliability. Thanks to 3D printing, each ride is fully customizable, from the style of the body itself (café racer, roadster or scrambler) to the frame, swingarm and paint job. Not that this is some low-budget cookie-cutter ride: every Lacama is fitted with Brembo brakes, Öhlins suspension and either aluminum alloy or carbon fiber wheels. And in the bells and whistles department, it has a TFT touchscreen with GPS and smartphone connectivity for Android and iOs. The display is good for keeping an eye on battery charge, the bike’s location and performance metrics.

Speaking of the battery: it should come as no surprise that this one is the jam. The li-ion battery has a capacity of 15 kWh, and pushes out 94 horsepower and 153 lb-ft torque. It’ll do 0-60 in 4.6 seconds, with a top speed of 112 mph. And should you use up all the awesome power, the fast-charging outlet feature will have the Lacama up to 80 percent capacity in just 40 minutes.

Ben fatto, gents.
