The set endures everything from biceps curls to weighted push-ups, but we recommend using these on a soft surface to avoid unwanted abrasion. Between workouts, plastic cradles store the weights for easy access.
Adjustable dumbbells may pale in comparison to modern at-home workout equipment, but they remain a staple of every sensible gym.
