Model-actress Christie Brinkley’s coastal countryside escape has hit the market for $29.5 million. Sitting on more than 20 acres in Bridgehampton, New York, the 11,037-square-foot home includes nine bedrooms and seven full bathrooms. Known to locals as “Tower Hill,” the home was constructed in 1891 around a 50-foot lookout tower, one that boasts views of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Connecticut shoreline.

The property, which the 62-year-old supermodel had completely restored, includes a swimming pool, hidden tennis court, flower gardens, heated four-car garage, greenhouse conservatory, and its own four-bedroom guesthouse.
