After days of late-night hosts going easy on Harvey Weinstein, Seth Meyers took the once-powerful movie producer to task in his ‘A Closer Look’ segment.
Meyers linked Weinstein’s behavior to that of late Fox News Chairman Roger Ailes and that of President Trump.
“In the last year and a half, the most powerful man in news, the most powerful man in politics and the powerful man in Hollywood have been accused of serial sexual predation,” he says. “This should not be a partisan issue. It requires all of us to speak out and ask what we can do to address it.”
