With a reputation for creating some of America’s most enduring boot styles, Wolverine is proving once again it’s one of the country’s foremost pioneers of men’s style with a new program called the Wolverine Workshop.
The Michigan-based company is giving its customers creative reign on its ever popular 1000 Mile boot, a line the brand first introduced to the world in 1914. Not much of the boot’s design has changed since then, except for the fact you now can design your own.
When doing so, you’ll be able to customize just about every part of the boot, including a handsome stable of Horween leathers ranging in all kinds of different types and colors. Suede options are available, too. Other details you can futz with: laces, eyelets, stitching, outsole and monogramming.
Once designs are submitted, boots are made-to-order at Wolverine’s Michigan factory.
Here’s to 100 more years of killer boots.
