Hold on to your ski poles, the 2018 Winter Olympics have arrived. Sports Illustrated’s Brian Cazeneuve picks gold, silver and bronze medal winners for all 102 events at this years Olympics. Overall, he has Norway coming out with the most medals total: 42 (17 gold, 15 silver, 10 bronze). Up next is Germany with 35, then Canada with 30, the U.S. with 28 and France with 18.
