A more elaborate form of parkour—which you probably remember from this scene in Casino Royale—free running is the brainchild of Frenchman Sébastien Foucan, and is basically a highly acrobatic, opponent-less martial art. In the video below, professional free runners (yep, people get paid to do this for a living) Jason Paul and Dimitris Kyrsanidis run, leap, and flip their way through the Port of Haydarpasa in Turkey.
