Another Super Bowl win, another fresh paint job.
That’s been the pattern with Bill Belichick’s boat, which the New England Patriots coach has updated after each one of his team’s championships.
Previously named VII Rings to commemorate all of Belichick’s Super Bowl victories (two as a coordinator for the Giants and five as the head coach of the Patriots), the vessel got an extra I following New England’s 13-3 over the LA Rams in Super Bowl LIII.
Following the update, VIII Rings was spotted in the Narragansett Bay.

As anyone who has seen him in Nantucket over the summer can attest, Belichick really does love his boat. In fact, rumor has it that VIII Rings is the only place he can grab 40 winks …

Should Belichick win again, he’ll have to redo the design once again and swap out the V for an X, but he probably won’t mind.
