Here at RealClearLife, we bring fine dining to new heights—quite literally. We’ve shown you “Dinner in the Sky” over Brussels, as well as a luxurious culinary experience atop Singapore. So, it’s only natural we share with you the latest iteration of this high-end foodie trend.
Not for the faint-hearted, the St. Regis Abu Dhabi hotel recently announced that they will open their helipad once a month to 20 lucky guests for a unique dinner, 836 feet in the air. Each guest will be escorted through the hotel’s secret hallways and elevators to the rooftop helipad. Once there, they will be greeted by a brigade of chefs, butlers, mixologists, waiters, and other staff ready to meet and exceed their every whim.
A bevy of world-class culinary luxuries such as caviar, fresh oysters, and extravagant canapés will be served alongside internationally acclaimed cocktails. In addition to possibly the most sensational views in the city, guests will be treated to a live saxophonist performance and St. Regis’ signature champagne sabering ritual.
“Our aim is to create a truly unique experience that gives the public a look behind the scenes of the St. Regis Abu Dhabi,” said the hotel’s manager in a statement. “From the service and culinary offerings, to the captivating views of Abu Dhabi, we want to give our guests an experience they would find engaging and memorable.”
Each meal is priced at $108 (sans champagne) or $150 with bubbly. Taking place on the second Friday of each month throughout winter, mealtimes are slated to change subject to sunset timing. The first event is scheduled for Friday, November 12, 2016.
Reservations are for the first 20 people each month. They can be made by calling +9712 694 4553 or emailing restaurants.abudhabi@stregis.com
