“Hyperions,” a conceptual eco-neighborhood in India, is designed to be energy self-sufficient via wind turbines, solar panels, and rooftop greenhouses. This neighborhood concept is the brainchild of Belgian architect Vincent Callebaut, who has also created designs for an underwater skyscraper.
