Stormy Daniels’s husband has filed for divorce, according to court documents, and has also asked for sole custody of their 7-year-old daughter. Glendon Crain, a heavy-metal drummer and adult film actor, accused Daniels of adultery.

The two have been married since November 2015 and were living together outside Dallas until July 11, the day before she was arrested at an Ohio strip club and accused of illegally touching patrons. Those charges were later dismissed.

Crain was also granted a temporary restraining order against the adult film actress. Daniels’s legal fight over an alleged decade-old affair with President  Donald Trump has turned her into a celebrity.

Her lawyer, Michael Avenatti, addressed the couple’s separation on Twitter on Monday.

Hours later, Daniels tweeted and said that she did not “need or want privacy.”

The 13-page divorce petition Crain filed states the couple’s marriage “has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities,” according to The Washington Post. Daniels is currently traveling the country for a series of strip club performances.
