The new trailer for the fifth season of “Silicon Valley” dropped on Tuesday, and it came with a message for superfans: Get a hobby.
Scribbled in binary code behind Matt Ross’ Gavin Belson, Slate points out that the message — which reads as repeating and meaningless numbers to the unenlightened eye — actually tells viewers to “find a hobby, for God’s sake.”
If the new episodes are half as good as they look, there won’t be time until after the show is binged in its entirety. But don’t expect any glimpses of T.J. Miller; the actor left the show after being accused of violent sexual assault.
