Kristen Wiig Confirmed to Play Archenemy in Wonder Woman 2

Funny woman Kristen Wiig is shedding her comedic chops to portray Wonder Woman’s archvillain “Cheetah” opposite Gal Gadot in the forthcoming Wonder Woman sequel, Director Patty Jenkins announced on Friday. This won’t be the first time Wiig has taken on a more serious role — her performances in “The Skeleton Twins,” “Welcome to Me” and a cameo in Darren Aronofsky’s mother! has fans excited for what she’ll bring to the role.
