Rarely political late-night comedian Jimmy Fallon had strong words for Rudy Giuliani after the former New York City mayor told Fox News’ Sean Hannity that President Trump both knew about and paid for the $130,000 used to keep porn star Stormy Daniels quiet about their alleged affair before the 2016 election.
“It was 90 degrees in New York today. People were sweating like President Trump watching Rudy Giuliani on ‘Hannity,’” Fallon cracked.
“Giuliani said that Trump knew about and paid for Stormy Daniels’s hush money — which explains Trump’s newest idea: paying Rudy Giuliani $130,000 in hush money.”
“Even Kanye was like, ‘You should probably stop talking.’”
Other hosts weighed in as well.
“You were on Sean Hannity’s show. You cracked under no pressure,” Seth Meyers said. “If Rudy Giuliani had been O.J.’s lawyer, he would have said, ‘Hey, even if your gloves don’t fit, you can still stab somebody!’”
