The Geneva Freeport, a warehouse complex in the Swiss city, has been a storage facility for high-end items like cars, wine, gold for years—and more recently, for works of art. Yves Bouvier, an art transporter and curator, saw potential in the freeport as a market adjacent to that of the multi-billion-dollar art marketplace.
