There will be presentations by big-name chefs (Tyler Florence; Thomas Keller; basically every name in LA’s high-end skillet-shaking game). There will be booths upon booths plating small bites of gourmet grub. And there will be at least one “Definitive Boozy Brunch” hosted by James Beard winner Michelle Bernstein.
And it’s gonna be massive: they’re expecting more than 20,000 attendees. So it helps to have a plan. This is that plan.
