You may never look at French fries the same way again

For better or worse, many of us carry the eating habits we develop as children into adulthood.

However, as a new PSA graphically points out, parting with that practice may help avoid death.

The powerful ‘Rewind the Future’ ad, which was created by the children’s welfare organization Strong4Life, shows all the candy, French fries, slices of birthday cake and other unhealthy foods that led to an overweight man ending up on an operating table with an apparent heart attack.

“Your child’s future doesn’t have to look like this,” the spot concludes. “There’s still time to reverse the unhealthy habits our kids take into adulthood. We’ll show you how.”
