Screens here, screens there; screens everywhere.

You, sir, need to unplug. Unwind. Travel. Which would be easy, you say, if it weren’t for work. Here’s a suggestion: just take work with you.

That’s the idea behind Coboat, a radical new take on the coworking space that brings “digital nomads” out to sea on a fully outfitted business yacht. Think of it as exactly like your run-of-the-mill coworking space, except stationed on a 82-foot catamaran crossing the Atlantic. Or island-hopping the Mediterranean. Or dropping you off for some lunch-break snorkeling in Sri Lanka and the Maldives.

Completely wind and solar-powered, the boat’s got all the gear you need to stay connected … should you need to be. Coboat’s first voyage departs from Thailand in November. If this has all struck a bit of wanderlust in ya, we suggest you visit the website to learn how you can climb aboard. You can also apply for a six-month scholarship right here.

Bon voyage.
