One day before Vice President Mike Pence is set to release a children’s book about the Pence family bunny rabbit in bookstores, comedian John Oliver beat him to the punch. After referring to Pence’s positions on LGBT rights “terrifying” and “hostile,” Oliver announced on his HBO show Sunday that he and his staff are releasing a book of their own.

“Now, there are a few small differences between the two books,” Oliver told viewers on Sunday. “You’ll notice right away that our rabbit has a bow tie, so there’s that. Also, our story is about Marlon Bundo falling in love with another boy rabbit, because our Marlon Bundo is gay — just like the real Marlon Bundo.”

Titled A Day in the Life of Marlon Bundo, Oliver is donating 100% of the proceeds to The Trevor Project and AIDS United.
Pence’s book, Marlon Bundo’s A Day in the Life of the Vice President, is illustrated by his wife Karen and written by his daughter Charlotte.
