Basically, it’s a competitive water-park course that is lined with overhead cables (like you might see on a trolley car). Instead of having a motorboat lead them around as would normally happen, waterskiers and wakeboarders can grab a tow connected to a cable and the cable—which is driven electrically—will take them for a ride.
