What do you do after you’ve become a famous (or infamous) internet personality? In the case of both Logan and Jake Paul, the answer seems to be “box.” While Jake has had the more high-profile boxing career to date, Logan is now poised to follow up his 2019 bout with KSI with a clash on an even larger scale.
Sunday evening brought with it the news that Logan Paul is set to box Floyd Mayweather Jr. on February 20, 2021. Both Paul and Mayweather announced the event via social media, and the news may well break the internet.
The location of the match has yet to be announced.
Mayweather’s last bout took place in 2017 — a high-profile fight against Conor McGregor. What this match (billed as a “special exhibition”) will actually look like is anyone’s guess, but we can predict one thing: there will be a lot of social media about it.
