Whether it’s a Lamborghini, a Nissan or an off-brand Italian dirt bike, we’ve never met a vehicle we didn’t like a bit better after its manufacturer slapped a set of winter-ready tracks on it.
Unveiled last week at Vail Mountain, the GMC Sierra 2500HD All Mountain is no exception.
With a set of Mattracks 150 Series tracks instead of the Sierra 2500HD’s standard wheels, the backcountry-ready concept build is powered by a Duramax 6.6-liter diesel V8 mated to an Allison six-speed automatic transmission, a combo that produces 910 pound-feet of torque.
Outfitted with interior features like Bose speakers and high-end leather, the 445-HP build is decked out with LEDs on its underbody and wheel well and a pair of Thule snowboard racks.
