Who really runs Hollywood? The Hollywood Reporter has released its annual rankings of the 100 most powerful people in the entertainment business, and to unsurprising results: Disney CEO Bob Iger takes the top spot, after a year in which he agreed to acquire 21st Century Fox. Beyond Iger’s seat atop the Disney/Marvel throne, the Hollywood power aggregator takes stock of other trends, from the rise of streaming to empowered new producers to conglomerate mergers.

Reed Hastings and Ted Sarandos, the CEO and Chief Content Officer of Netflix respectively, pull in the second spot to no surprise. The streaming giant churned out movies and TV shows at a world-beating pace in 2018 and shows no signs of slowing down. The third spot belongs to Brian Roberts, Comcast CEO, and Steve Burke, NBC Universal CEO, a pair whose scope of power keeps expanding.

Further down on the list, Dwayne Johnson ranks as the most powerful movie star, coming in at 38. In the 70s of the list, two exciting new names appear: Tiffany Haddish (79), coming off of her first year as a lead in studio comedies, and LeBron James (75), whose SpringHill Entertainment is announcing new projects at an impressive rate after the best basketball player in the world’s move to Los Angeles.
