St. Andrews, or "Little Ragged Island," is up for auction later this month.

You wouldn’t expect something called Little Ragged Island to fetch around $20 million, but don’t let the name fool you — this might be the best private island on the market right now.

More formally known as St. Andrew’s, this Bahamian isle is soon up for bids at Concierge Auctions; the bidding opens on March 26, and the island is currently listed for $19.5 million. (Update: There is no minimum bid, as Concierge Auctions notes.)

And it may be worth it! Little Ragged is 730 acres of beach paradise surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean. The southernmost and largest private island in the Bahamas currently for sale, the area features deep water access for large ships and yachts, along with a landscape that’s described as a “perfect blank canvas of rolling hills, lignum vitae trees, and calm warm waters.” The island also has plenty of fresh spring drinking water and is apparently “unparalleled for world-class bone-fishing.” (An airport is also just a few minutes away via a boat ride, so this is no Cast Away.)

While there’s not much actually on the island at the moment, the listing suggests there’s plenty of acreage for a boutique resort or an 18-hold golf course — those building costs are up to you, of course. But hey, you’re saving money; according to Insider, the island was previously listed at $35 million.
