Because every man needs a plan, and some of us need that plan with pretty pictures, we present Where to Take Her: a series that answers a gentleman’s most pressing lifestyle questions and recurs whenever we get around to it.

This go-round: our picks on what to do around the city this November, from museums to comedy clubs to movies. Get out there.

Your Key:

ZooLights: Lincoln Park Zoo flips the switch on two million lightbulbs on November 29th this year. Train rides. Carousel rides. Animals.

Jerry Seinfeld: The legendary king of observational comedy brings his bits to the Chicago Theatre in December.

A Clown Car Named Desire: The 37th revue on the Second City E.T.C. stage is a quick-witted, absurdly hysterical meditation on the human condition. Make it dinner and a show.

Emerald City: This year’s closing exhibition at LVL3 reflects on Pantone’s 2013 color of the year by bringing together five artists from various locations. Opening reception Saturday, 11/16. 6 to 10 P.M.
