Up until today, we figured the only reason to consider paying a penny over the MSRP for a used Jeep Wrangler was if it was riding on 44-inch Pit Bull Rocker tires and named Rattletrap.
Turns out, we were wrong.
Now we know that it would also be worth it to shell out a little extra for a classic Wrangler — provided it’s packing a Viper engine like this 2005 one-off has.
It’s tight, but the folks at Illinois-based The Last Detail were able
Riding on a quartet of 20-inch wheels wrapped in Mickey Thompson Baja ATZ tires, the Jeep is currently priced at $52,000, although Last Detail says it would take more $100,000 to replicate the “no-expense-spared build” today.
We’d still probably go with the Rattletrap over the Viper-infused model, but if you feel differently here’s the eBay listing.
