Whether you’re looking to celebrate with your partner, day-drink with your crew or have a little fun with the family, buying a hotel day pass is a great way to relax (or let loose and party) — all while being able to retreat to the comfort of your own bed at the end of the day. Hotel daycations are made possible with services like ResortPass, which lets you live your best (hotel) life for a day. With a day pass, you can enjoy the hotel amenities like poolside bottle service, beach chairs and outdoor yoga classes — all for a fraction of the cost of a hotel stay.

While there are plenty of options in Miami, these five resorts offer some of the best perks for your next daycation.

Grand Beach Hotel Miami Beach

Day pass: $50+

Grand Beach Hotel Miami Beach is a newly renovated property located in quiet Mid Beach, and the contemporary beachfront hotel has a pool deck that features two garden-level pools shaded by towering palm trees. While the hotel’s two main pools are welcoming to families and young kids, there’s also a pool, two hot tubs and a Sunset Bar on the hotel’s seventh floor, reserved for adults.

A day pass includes a beach chair and umbrella in the hotel’s signature gray and white hues, along with drink service from the poolside bar where you can toast your daycation with a pina colada. Guests also get $12 discounted valet parking, and there’s a 10 percent discount on food and drinks at the hotel’s restaurant, Chez Gaston, which offers a Latin-American fusion menu. Grab an empanada or fresh juice smoothie or sit down and enjoy a full meal with a fresh seafood dish like ceviche or lobster before sleeping it off in the shade.

The Confidante Miami Beach

Day pass: $25+

Cabana: $175+

Spend a day lounging at The Confidante Miami Beach, a retro-chic hotel known for its striking  mid-century modern details. The hotel has direct access to the beach, and the pool deck is an explosion of colors with yellow-, pink- and green-striped umbrellas and cabana tents. Guests can also enjoy two heated pools, with one reserved for adults. Both the pool lounge chairs and beach chairs are included with your pass, and they’re first-come, first-served.

For added privacy or a special occasion, consider booking a cabana or bungalow. The cabanas accommodate up to six guests, while the bungalows fit eight. Keep in mind there are food minimums for both: On the weekends, a cabana minimum is $400, and the bungalow is $650 — though both minimums may not be hard to meet with a group of friends. Another plus? With a day pass, valet parking is only $20.

Kimpton Surfcomber Hotel

Day pass: $50+

Daybed: $125+

Cabana: $150+

The Kimpton Surfcomber Hotel is a boutique hotel full of playful details like decorative surfboards, a sandpit with hammocks and bright yellow rocking chairs. The hotel has amenities that are ideal for guests who want to be entertained. There’s a live DJ on the weekend and a daily schedule of activities that include outdoor yoga classes, Zumba and pool golf.

The hotel is located on the beach and has a kids’ area with toys, but beach chairs and umbrellas are not included with a day pass. If you want to add to your daycation experience, there are five levels of outdoor lounging options, ranging from the Daybed to the Trumpet Cabana, which has a flat-screen television and sofa seating for eight. Each cabana has food minimums that start at $150 and top out at $400 on the weekend.

The Sagamore Hotel South Beach

Day pass: $40+

Cabana: $300+

Day Room: $99+

Nestled in the heart of Miami’s Art Deco District, The Sagamore Hotel South Beach is a sleek Art Deco property with an eclectic collection of art displayed throughout the property. A day pass here gets you access to the resort’s sparkling pool and a lounge chair on South Beach. The hotel’s pool deck has a zero-entry pool, with loungers and daybeds on one side and patio dining on the other.

The hotel’s beautifully landscaped terrace also includes The Pool Bar, which has an impressive offering of picture-perfect cocktails like The Sagamore Coco Logo, served in the hotel’s signature branded coconut. Upgrade your vacation with a poolside cabana that fits up to six people and includes a bottle of Prosecco. Another option is booking a Day Room: Guests can reserve a suite with a king-size bed from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., which offers a solid break from the Florida heat. Discounted valet parking is $20 for the first four hours and $10 an hour after that.

SLS Brickell

Day pass: $50+

Cabana: $225+

Daybed: $400+

SLS Brickell is a grown-up oasis in downtown Brickell. The hotel has a fabulous infinity rooftop pool with views of Miami highrises, and the glam Altitude Pool Deck is filled with whimsical details like an art installation of an oversized duck and matching striped pool loungers and cabana shades. The dramatic decor extends to the turf-lined lounging area, framed by huge potted plants.

The rooftop deck is the highlight of the hotel, with a DJ on Saturdays and Sundays. The poolside restaurant, Altitude Pool Deck, serves up favorites like burgers and pizzas along with cocktails and rosé by the glass or by the bottle. For an elevated experience, the hotel has daybeds and cabanas. The SLS daybeds can accommodate you and your three best friends, and the Altitude Cabana has sofa seating for eight. Both the daybeds and cabanas have food minimums. On the weekend, the food minimum for the daybed is $400 and $700 for the Altitude Cabana.
