A Navy helicopter crashed into the deck of the USS Ronald Reagan on Friday, causing several injuries.

The Navy said in a statement that the copter — a MH-60 Seahawk — went down just after lifting off from the carrier. Each of the unknown number of injured servicemen were attended to and none of their injuries were considered life threatening, Time reported.

The Navy didn’t say how extensive the damage to either the helicopter or the ship was but said the carrier was able to carry out its “security and stability” mission near the coast of the Philippines.

An investigation into the cause of the crash is underway.
