Baltimore-based Ernestine Shepherd is an 80-year-old bodybuilder, who spends more than 30 hours a week exercising and can benchpress 110 pounds, per Great Big Story. “I started training at age 71,” says Shepherd.
She’s actually the oldest competitive female bodybuilder in the world, according to the Guinness Book of World Records—a feat that she accomplished based on her sister’s dying wish.
