The owner of an “erotic photography” magazine who is being sued by the Winklevoss twins just fired back at the brothers. Steve Shaw—the founder and editor-in-chief of nude magazine Treats!—says that the Winklevoss brothers only invested in the magazine because they thought it would allow them to ingratiate themselves and take liberties with models and other famous people connected to the publication.

Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss hit Shaw recently with claims that he had squandered the $1.3 million that the pair had given to him.

But Shaw told Page Six that the complaint “is full of more of the same lies that have characterized the way they have done business with me.” He denies any claim that he misappropriated funds.

Shaw also told Page Six that he looks forward to going to court to “expose their fraudulent business practices,” adding “The world will then see how the twins thought that by investing in Treats! they would be able to use me and Treats! to advance their own sleazy agenda, and once they saw that I would not be complicit in helping them with their inappropriate requests involving models and celebrities, they resorted to the bullying tactics that have made them infamous.”
