On equal footing with annual fashion shows in Paris, London, Milan, and Sao Paulo, New York Fashion Week is a red carpet-packed event that is just as big a part of the autumn calendar in the Big Apple as the start of the Giants and Jets season.
Packed with bubbly models and equally as bubbly champagne, NYFW is a showcase event for models to strut their stuff, literally, in order to impress.
After all, just like in the city itself, if a model can make it at NYFW, they can make it anywhere. And the ones who did this year are a mix of top supermodels, up and comers, and the daughters of celebrities such as Madonna and Cindy Crawford.
